Part Time and Full Time – Flexible Schedule
We are seeking Prep and Line Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen staff. You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation process of meals in our professional kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare raw food products into proprietary recipes
Plan food prep production by understanding preparation pars
Memorize and comprehend menu items, unique abbreviations for specific items, plate appearance, and portion size per item
Follow standard recipes
Operate standard kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Clean and maintain all kitchen facilities, kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with others
Pay rate: $15.00 per hour tip $19.00
