RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a portfolio of the assigned list of customers
Facilitate day-to-day customer inquiries & order placement
Maintain business relationships and identify needs to grow the existing accounts
Follow up on leads and actively network to acquire new business opportunities
Attend trade shows and handle booth display set up
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure satisfactory customer experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Persuasive salesmanship skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate an ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and business owners
Resourceful, well organized, dedicated work ethic
Internet savvy and competency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with office and school supply category is preferred but not mandatory
Comfortable in multicultural work environment
Willing to travel domestically within the US
