RATE OF PAY: $27/hour


POSITION: As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will assist in creating, executing, and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue. Your enthusiasm for digital marketing and keen attention to detail will help enhance our marketing efforts. You will focus on email and text message campaigns while supporting other digital marketing initiatives and collaborating closely with the SEO, Social Media, and Amazon teams 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  • Content Creation: Help create compelling digital content, including copy, images, and calls-to-action.

  • Segmentation: Assist in segmenting lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and engagement levels.

  • Optimization: Support the optimization of campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Calendar Management: Help manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with broader marketing goals.

  • SEO Support: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and supports overall search engine ranking goals.

  • Social Media Support: Work with the Social Media team to synchronize campaigns with social media initiatives and maximize cross-channel engagement.

  • Amazon Team Support: Assist the Amazon team by creating and optimizing content for product listings, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA).

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Some experience in digital marketing, internships or part-time roles are acceptable.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo for email marketing.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing best practices and regulations.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for digital marketing.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
