RATE OF PAY: $17/hour


POSITION: As a Junior Pick and Pack Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the production process and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. The Junior Pick and Pack Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining a commitment to excellence in manufacturing and customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack orders according to pick lists and packing instructions.

  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.

  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipment to ensure only the highest quality products are sent to customers. Report any discrepancies to supervisors.

  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and packing area.

  • Packaging: Ensure accurate labeling, packing, and sealing of products for shipment.

  • Safety: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to read and comprehend pick lists, packing instructions, and safety guidelines.

  • Effective communication skills to report discrepancies and collaborate with team members.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations is a plus.

  • Physical ability to lift and move products as required.

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

  • Ability to conduct stock counts accurately and efficiently
