JOB SUMMARY:

Bella Phytologic is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Pick and Pack Associate to join their manufacturing team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their production process and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of their products to customers. The Junior Pick and Pack Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining their commitment to excellence in manufacturing and customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Efficiently pick and pack orders according to pick lists and packing instructions.

  • Ensure accurate labeling, packing, and sealing of products for shipment.

  • Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damage to supervisors.

  • Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and packing area.

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to read and comprehend pick lists, packing instructions, and safety guidelines.

  • Effective communication skills to report discrepancies and collaborate with team members.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations is a plus.

  • Physical ability to lift and move products as required.

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

  • Ability to conduct stock counts accurately and efficiently.

  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.


WORK EXPERIENCE SKILLS DEVELOPED:

  • Efficient order picking and packing techniques.

  • Proper labeling, packing, and sealing methods to ensure product integrity during shipment.

  • Inventory management processes, including stock counts and discrepancy reporting.

  • Warehouse organization and maintenance.

  • Adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.


HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM
