RATE OF PAY:
$18 to $22/hour
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The administrator will be responsible for releasing documents, compiling reports, gathering data as well as additional clerical duties.
JOB DUTIES:

Releasing documents in the document control system.
Develop, edit and update technical documents.
Collaborate with engineering department to gather relevant information.
Assist in preparing presentations, KPI reports and other relevant documentations.
Assist with other related clerical duties such as printing/publishing reports and submitting documents to customers.
Maintains a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains and protects the assets and confidentiality of the Company’s information and products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
A high school diploma is required; a two- or four-year college (Bachelor’s/Associates degree) is desired.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years or more of direct experience preferred.
Skills:
Flexibility, communication proficiency, collaboration skills, customer/client focus, technical capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Financial management, technical capacity, performance management, ethical conduct, communication proficiency, personal effectiveness/credibility.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical information concisely.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
Other:
Extended or irregular hours may be required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
