Boeing EnCore Interiors: Office Administrator

$18 to $22/hour


Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The administrator will be responsible for releasing documents, compiling reports, gathering data as well as additional clerical duties.

  • Releasing documents in the document control system.

  • Develop, edit and update technical documents.

  • Collaborate with engineering department to gather relevant information.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, KPI reports and other relevant documentations.

  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as printing/publishing reports and submitting documents to customers.

  • Maintains a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Maintains and protects the assets and confidentiality of the Company’s information and products.



  • A high school diploma is required; a two- or four-year college (Bachelor’s/Associates degree) is desired.


  • A minimum of 2 years or more of direct experience preferred.


  • Flexibility, communication proficiency, collaboration skills, customer/client focus, technical capacity.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Financial management, technical capacity, performance management, ethical conduct, communication proficiency, personal effectiveness/credibility.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical information concisely.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.


  • Extended or irregular hours may be required.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
