Assists the engineering department related to the materials and process initiatives, and building of aircraft interiors – especially galleys, closets, and premium seating front row monuments. The selected candidate will learn the fundamentals of production processes, methods, controls, project management, problem solving, communication, technical documentation, and testing of products according to aerospace standards.
Summary of Job Duties:
Shadowing and assisting Stress Engineers in daily tasks.
Assist in structural analysis and static testing efforts.
Maintains and protects the confidentiality of the Company’s information and product.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned or requested
Currently enrolled in a four-year college, pursuing a degree in Engineering Discipline.
No experience required.
Familiarity with CATIA and programing (VBA macros)
Passion for the aerospace industry
Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
This opportunity will be offered through Pathway Group as an internship with Boeing EnCore Interiors.

Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Monday – Friday on site
May be asked to work extended or irregular hours as required.
