Overview: Are you interested in a long-term career in finance? As a Business Development Associate, you will learn the Equipment Finance Industry and work alongside the Sales team to build a book of both business vendors and end user clientele. You will start with existing clients in retention and upselling and build new business relationships in order to build a book of business with
Work with existing client base to retain and upsell business opportunities
Develop sales leads independently to attain new business relationships
Identify and build long-standing relationships with Manufacturers of Equipment
Understanding Equipment Financing basics; credit reports, funding process, lease terms, etc.
Database entry to manage book of business and use of lead generation tools to prospect
Heavy phone activity to existing customers and new prospective leads
Additional duties as assigned
