RATE OF PAY: $64,809.00 - $82,593.00 Annually

Experience in processing invoices, accounts receivable, and timesheets is highly desirable
This position requires attendance at evening Planning Commision meetings on Wednesday's twice a month and is provided an additional 5% assignment pay as compensation for this requirement.

REQUIREMENTS
Any combination demonstrating the ability to effectively and successfully perform the duties of the position is considered qualifying. A typical combination is as follows
Education:Â Graduation from high school or equivalent is required, preferably supplemented by courses or training in areas of specialization.
Experience:Â At least 5 full-time years of increasingly responsible administrative or secretarial support experience. Previous public sector experience is highly desirable.
License/Certificate Requirements: Due to the performance of some field duties, which may require the operation of a personal or City vehicle, a valid California Driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.
