Property Management Assistants work in an office environment performing a variety of administrative tasks in all areas of property management. Provide excellent customer service for property owners, residents, homeowner’s associations and vendors. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and work within established office procedures to accomplish company goals.

Essential Job Duties:
Process property management documents such as contracts, lease agreements, work orders, invoices and insurance documents.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues that may occur at various properties. Problem solve while collaborating with various customers simultaneously (i.e., vendors, property owners, residents, homeowner associations).
Develop marketing efforts by maintaining the company’s website and Google site. Monitor and run social media sites including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Perform other office duties as directed.
Skills Developed over Work Experience:
Working knowledge of contract law
Customer service (including business-to-business)
Time management / multi-tasking
Use of office machines and software such as Microsoft Office and Photoshop
Web development and marketing
Critical thinking and active listening
