Independent Life Care Services, Inc. (ILCS) is a Regional Center of Orange County vendor committed to helping individuals with disabilities live independently and thrive within their communities. We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and patient caregivers to provide one-on-one support to our Supported Living and Independent Living clients across Orange County.

Staffing Ratio: Supported Living Services are provided on a 1:1 basis to ensure clients receive personalized care.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living tasks.
Support meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
Accompany clients to medical and community appointments.
Assist with medication monitoring and individual needs as per the client’s care plan.
Help client's complete applications for services such as food stamps, Social Security benefits, housing assistance, and Medi-Cal/Medicare benefits.
Who We’re Looking For: We welcome male and female caregivers of all backgrounds. Seniors and students in social work, nursing, psychology, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply. Bilingual Vietnamese and Spanish speakers are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
Caring, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and patient.
Ability to speak, read, and write basic English.
Experience caring for or helping others (paid or unpaid, including family members).
Employment Criteria:
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (for drivers).
Ability to pass a drug screen, TB screening, and DOJ background check.
Willingness to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification (cost covered by ILCS).
