Position: Office Technician (Typing) - *Temporary Assignment – work up to 9 months*

Locations: American Canyon, Bakersfield, Foster City, Fremont, Fresno, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Modesto, Monrovia, Oakland, Redding, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Leandro, Santa Ana, Santa Barabara, Van Nuys

Schedule: Hybrid and On-Site Full Time


Knowledge of:

•Modern office procedures, supplies, and equipment.

•Business English, including grammar, spelling, and correspondence.

•Effective training techniques.


Ability to:

•Handle complex clerical tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

•Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

•Perform basic math calculations accurately.

•Operate common office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, and copiers).

•Open, sort, and file mail efficiently.

•Follow written and verbal instructions effectively.

•Assess situations, make sound decisions, and take appropriate action.

•Prepare clear and detailed reports and maintain accurate records.

•Interact professionally and courteously with the public.

•Understand and apply relevant laws, policies, and procedures.

•Write professional correspondence independently, with strong grammar and vocabulary skills.

•Provide guidance and support to team members.

•Type at a speed of not less than 40 words per minute from ordinary manuscript or printed or typewritten material.

•Perform other general duties as assigned.
