JOB SUMMARY:
A Bather’s role is to prepare the dog for the groomer which includes bathing ear cleaning, nail trimming, and other basic services. The Dog Bather’s also responsible for maintaining the store in their free time and assisting in customer service when needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Combing dog coats
Removing dead skin with a dog brush
Regulating water temperature
Washing dogs with special soap or shampoo
Drying the dog
Clipping toenails
Maintaining the work area to ensure its clean and organized
SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must love animals and feel comfortable and fearless working with all sizes, breeds and temperaments.
Ability to interact with customers and their pet in a calm, non-threatening manner
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
