JOB SUMMARY: Immediate need for an enthusiastic self-motivated Warehouse & Driver Associate in SANTA ANA. Successful candidates are organized, able to perform in a fast-paced environment, and able to efficiently multi-task. This is an hourly, non-exempt, at-will position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load and unload trucks, inspect products for defects and damages
Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
Ensuring accurate shipping and receiving of packages including reconciling packing slips and invoices
Inventory control and quality control
Operate forklift and various motor vehicles
Deliver parts and equipment to customers
Create and maintain P.O.s, ensure completed paperwork is submitted and entered into databases accurately
Able to work with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
Maintain safe and clean work environment complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED a must
Valid Driver's License
Modern warehousing experience, practices, and methods
Inventory software, databases and systems
Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
Mechanical experience a plus
Clean driving record
Positive attitude
Work in a safely and timely manner
Lift heavy objects of 45lbs and more
Punctual, dependable and be able to work independently
