Essential Job Duties:
Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods.
Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes.
Occasionally serve food.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
Handle and store ingredients and food.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Execute opening and closing procedures.
Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Creativity of knowing how to bring a recipe to life with the ingredients given.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Able to work well with others in a team environment.
Work Experience Skills Developed:
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods.
Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.

Knowledge of different methods of chopping vegetables, dividing meats, fileting fish and combining salads, herbs and spices.
