JOB SUMMARY:

As the local Farmers agent in Fullerton, CA, we help customers identify the insurance coverage that best fits their needs. This process is straightforward and personalized to help make them smarter about insurance. We have the knowledge and experience to help them better understand coverage options – whether that’s auto, home, life, renters, business insurance, workers compensation and many more.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and greet clients over the phone and in person.

  • Answer phones and route calls.

  • Process payments and email or text receipts.

  • Mail payment reminders and follow-up with clients regarding policy.

  • Communicate with internal and external customer accounts about basic underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing initiatives to service customer accounts. Analyze, clarify, and resolve policy and account-related questions.

  • Resolve billing issues.

  • Provide ID cards.

  • Attend training and meetings.


CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outgoing, outspoken, firm, open minded and friendly.

  • Willing to learn.

  • Bi-lingual Spanish required.

  • Must pass a background check.

  • Able to handle sensitive and personal information.

  • Basic computer skills.
