Job Summary: Frias Agency is a full-service experiential marketing agency housed with problem solving experts in pursuit of helping brands connect with people through storytelling, experiences and digital marketing. Event Production Assistants help Producers on individual agency projects including special events, sponsorship activations, trade show exhibits, red carpet parties, product launches, and corporate meetings.

Essential Job Duties:
Conduct venue and vendor research to gather pertinent information
Coordinate event details with vendors and shadow production members
Help prepare event documents including event decks, production schedules and packing manifests
Participate in brainstorms for upcoming projects
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required
Use Slack, MicroSoft Office, Google Suite, and internal program Simptics
Assist with tracking hours, expenses, and reports for projects
Read CAD drawings to assist in event logistics
Potential to learn QuickBooks if interested
Other administrative duties as needed
