Skills Learned During On-the-Job Training
This position will use a combination of graphic design skills and software to both inspire and satisfy the vision of the clients. Designs will be part of a variety of services including website development, marketing, social media, brochures, and other branding avenues.
Essential Job Duties:
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, marketing materials, social media posts, brochures, and other branding avenues
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Perform photo editing and icon creation using an understanding of typography, vector manipulation, layout, etc.
Create visually appealing and effective designs for web apps, iOS, and Android
Generate UX and design documentation such as comps, user flows, prototypes, annotations, and specs
Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Skills Learned During On-the-Job Training:

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Basic familiarity with web languages including HTML, CSS, SASS, JS
Competent team player and a strong work ethic when creating independently
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to read and understand instructional manuals
Excellent administrative abilities and attention to detail
Great customer service and communication skills
