JOB SUMMARY:

Hawkins and Hawkins offer a range of primary tax services, including tax preparation for individuals, small businesses, and corporations; and compliance assistance to meet the various needs of the target market. They specialize in tax preparation, including state and federal tax returns, amendments, and unfiled returns with a mission to provide comprehensive tax solutions and relieve past tax burden.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Act as the first point of contact to all customers, delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Assist with inquiries and resolve issues.

  • Provide information about tax products and services.

  • Represent company at event such as job fairs, vendor events, webinars, and seminars.

  • Finalize sales contracts with new clients.

  • Record details of client interactions.


SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Learn the basics of the tax industry.

  • Act as the first point of contact to all customers, delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Assist with inquiries and resolve issues, provide information about tax products and services.

  • Represent company at event such as job fairs, vendor events, webinars, and seminars.

  • Finalize sales contracts with new clients.

  • Record details of client interactions.
