JOB SUMMARY:

HealthStaff Training Institute (HSTi) is a professional, private vocational institution that trains individuals into becoming efficient, capable allied health care or business professionals. HSTi is dedicated to providing quality, entry-level vocational training in a relatively short period of time. Their industry-focused courses and curricula are designed to properly train and educate students interested in the several allied health or business programs they offer.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Fielding and filtering incoming calls, making response calls from overnight and other missed messages, filter and disburse messages and correspondence to the proper staff.

  • Enter incoming phone and email leads into the LeadSquare system (CRM system)

  • Work diligently in a team approach

  • Help keep the campus clean and presentable at all times

  • Participate in any onsite events

  • Collect and copy all required student documents

  • Create Phlebotomy course study guides

  • Review, request any revisions, and provide the student monthly status reports to all case managers

  • Arrange and administer (proctor) online academic and certification testing as appropriate

  • Cascade all pertinent information in a timely manner to colleagues and update notes into LeadSquare

  • Liaise closely with instructors, admission staff, and other HSTi locations

  • Provide students with equipment, textbooks, and materials provided to them by HSTi

  • Assist Admission staff when needed.


SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

  • Attention to detail

  • Good computer and typing skills

  • Reliable, good conversationalist, efficient, task oriented, ability to work independently, and good personality
