Positions: Soldering, Crimping, and Assembly.
Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Depending on experience.
Duties
● Experience required in one or more of the following: cable harness assembly, potting
and molding, or soldering.
● Aerospace experience is strongly preferred.
● Ability to interpret technical drawings is essential.
● Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery is a must.
● Soldering skills are required, or the ability to be trained and certified under the
company’s standards program.
● Must be capable of meeting IPC-WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards.
● Ensure the production of a conforming product that meets all specified standards.
● Review all relevant documentation before starting production.
● Incorporate quality into the product while adhering to labor standards.
● Verify and date the production operation sequence upon completion.
● Notify the quality inspector for in-process inspections as required during production.
● Rework any identified non-conforming products and submit them for re-inspection.
● Adhere to all company rules and regulations.
● Conduct testing for electro-mechanical and mechanical sub-systems, integrations,
assemblies, test platforms, and components used in defense, aerospace, avionics, and
industrial applications.
● Maintain accurate test reports.
● Perform additional duties as assigned.
