JOB SUMMARY:

The Office Clerk will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outbound calls, processing sales orders, and providing general office support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, verifying details and coordinating with other departments.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and other relevant information.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing supplies, and scheduling appointments.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.

SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls on a multi-line phone.

  • Process sale orders and coordinate with other departments.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and other relevant information.

  • Administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing supplies, and scheduling appointments.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
