RATE OF PAY:
$3,500 / month (full-time)
Monday-Friday 7 AM – 3 PM

Criteria:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be physically able to do manual labor for 7-8 hours daily.
Must be able to follow directions.
Cannot have an aversion to cleaning or cleaning products.
Must have the ability to start and finish tasks independently.
Must have a professional presentation and attitude.
JOB DUTIES:
Inspect the buildings, grounds, and equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
Handle necessary repairs and maintenance.
Install equipment and appliances.
Follow local and state building codes.
Comply with all company safety regulations.
Report any issues to the maintenance manager.
Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
Load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed.
Follow written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.
Read and follow manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions.
Use equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing
We will train on-site to our own levels of workmanship.
