POSITION: As an Alterations associate, you will be responsible for customer requests and expectations for fit. The team Makes Life Extraordinary by supporting with resizing and restyling all merchandise from Neiman Marcus stores. This job will be on-site, and you will report to the Alterations Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Measure and fit garments to achieve customer expectations 

  • Perform alterations and customizations  

  • Utilize sewing machine and hand-sewing methods to yield results 

  • Provide details as it relates to service fees and lead time on completion of work 


Experience: 

  • Prior functional and technical skills 

  • Prior sewing machine operations  

  • Process management skills 

  • Manage and measure work 

  • Attention to detail
