Essential Job Duties:
Provide administrative support and assistance to the NPF President and/or other assigned leadership staff
Performs clerical and administrative tasks such as drafting letters/memos, invoices, reports and other documents
Update Google Sheets
Assist programs leaders in developing networks to volunteers
Help maintain relationships with municipalities and schools within the CUSD, Wellness & Prevention Coalition, Orange County Health Department, Department of Justice and Local Service Organizations
Report to the president at least one time weekly
Help manage calendar for TNPF Club and onsite programs. Updating school and community conflicts Community Event Coordination
Social Media Content Creation/Interaction for Pulse of Community
Press Releases
Print Copy Creation, Maintain CUSD Print Department Relationship
Graphic Arts Creation and/or management of Team
Fundraising & Sponsorship Meeting Attendance
Team Building Between Programs
