Position Summary:
We're looking for experienced, motivated, organized, home improvement sub-contracting professionals that can work directly with customers to successfully complete current projects. We will take care of finding the customers, setting up the projects & appointments, and billing & collections, you just need to leverage your skills to do the repair. Be the face of OC Handyman, Inc. to our customers.

Hourly: starting $40+/hour, more experience = more $/hr OR
66% of Labor billing & 100% of materials when project-based billing

Desired Profile:
Minimum of 5 years paid experience & successful track record in operating home improvement/handyman business.
Proficient in 2-3 skills/trades (painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, etc.)
Priority given to those highly proficient in a wide range of skills/trades; especially light electrical, plumbing or painting.
Estimation & inspection skills preferred
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, partners, & staff
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly motivated and strong work ethic
Great attention to detail
Comfortable with accurate documentation & use of smart device technology
Requirements:
Operating in a professional tradesman capacity; preferred registered business.
Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Own reliable truck/van/SUV with proof of vehicle insurance
Have active General Liability & Worker’s Compensation Insurance in place
Have/own ‘Day-to-Day’ standard tools to perform handyman trades
Conduct a background check & drug screen
Priority given to professionals operating within 10 miles of Irvine, or Huntington Beach, or Mission Viejo, CA
