The Assessor’s Office is seeking a candidate who will do daily input into the Assessor Department's electronic document storage and retrieval system (DSAR) currently using the OnBase Imaging System.
The incumbent will do maintenance and monitoring of: workstations, scanners, storage devices and associated hardware.
Ensure that all ATS II (Assessment Tax System) jobs are input correctly. Will be in charge of the Typical Production Control tasks which include: planning and publishing monthly production job schedules, ensuring correct job parameters are provided for each job as needed, maintenance of ATS II.
Ensuring correct sequence of job execution, balancing Supplemental Stress Test and Annual Roll Stress Test, balancing Supplement Rolls and Annual Roll.
