Job opportunity: Vietnamese Customer Service Representative

Location: Costa Mesa, CA


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

  • Handle inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment

  • Assist customers efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Vietnamese

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Flexible 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
