Sales Associate will work closely with a tight knit team in Orange County to create winning solutions for clients and developing relationships with companies to ensure long lasting business relations.
Essential Job Duties:
Sell staffing services to new potential clients as well as cultivate relationships with existing clients
Identify prospects via cold calling, door to door, relationship based and networking events
Identify client requirements which best meet and profitable outcomes
Become networked in the area for ourprimary niches
Client follow-up
Make daily sales/telemarketing calls to potential and current clients
Some administrative duties

Reliable transportation and car insurance required
Customer service sales experience
Strong written and oral communication skills

People-person who can effectively communicate via telephone and e-mail, successfully overcome objections to secure in-person appointments
A positive will-to-win attitude and a competitive spirit
Strong persuasion and sales closing capabilities
