RATE OF PAY: $19 - $22 Hourly
POSITION: We are seeking dependable and motivated workers to join our installation team for the 2024-25 holiday season. This role involves the installation of various holiday lights and decorations for commercial clients, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow detailed work orders and instructions.
Assist with installing various types of holiday lights.
Install large wreaths, marquee bows, walk-thru ornaments, and trees up to 30'+.
Perform pole banner installation and palm tree lighting.
Safely climb ladders up to 30' and use aerial lifts.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Handle and transport materials and decor items safely.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
Work securely on rooftops.
Utilize proper safety gear and maintain tool kit.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older.
Able to work outdoors for 8-hour shifts, day or night.
Basic knowledge of and ability to use light hand tools; electrical work experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
Must own a mobile phone.
Ability to handle physical workload quickly and safely, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working on heights ranging from 25’ to 100’.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
