TaxPros + Investing is seeking a fun-loving and self-motivated Marketing and Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with the business owner to assist with various tasks related to marketing, administration, and office management. The ideal candidate is creative, has excellent written communication skills, is able to multitask and has a passion for learning and creating new things.
Assist with social media management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), including creating content and scheduling posts. Write, create, and moderate social media content with a fun and friendly voice.
Maintain and update customer database and contact lists.
Support the team in administrative tasks such as data entry and file management.
Help create brochures, business plans, and other marketing materials.
Friendly demeanor and an entrepreneurial attitude
Creative and artistic
Strong writing skills preferred
Basic proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Knowledge of or an interest in learning about finance and business
Ability to work independently to support a busy team
Skills Developed over Work Experience:
Social media management including creating content and scheduling posts
Maintenance of customer database and contact lists
Administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry and file management
Creation of brochures, business plans, and marketing materials
