JOB SUMMARY:
The Vine Floral Studio is a contemporary floral design studio located in Old Town Tustin. They are an elevated, premium floral studio and work in a furnished and clean environment. They are fast paced, while still providing quality customer service to people over the phone and walk-in clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Answer all in-coming calls.
Process orders through POS Sale System - Send invoices to clients.
Outbound calls such as client updates, vendor order statuses, delivery status, etc.
Assist team with clean up, process flowers, prep orders, etc.
Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and well-organized work environment.
SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER WORK EXPERIENCE:
MAC iOS system
Process orders through POS Sale System - Send invoices to clients
Outbound calls such as client updates, vendor order statuses, delivery status, etc.

Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and well-organized work environment
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years old
Customer Service or Retail/Hospitality Environment preferred
Time-management
Be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Preferred MAC iOS system knowledge but not mandatory
Background in art is a plus
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Tuesday: 9 AM–5 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM–5 PM
Thursday: 9 AM–5 PM
Friday: 9 AM–5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM–3 PM
