As the majority population of baby boomers continue to age, in-home care has become a growing sector. They need care from skilled nurses to therapists and just general everyday living care through caregivers. Transition Care Telemetry continues to grow, and we are continuously looking for good health aides including but not limited to RNs, LVNs, CNAs, Caregivers, Physical and Occupational Therapists. Must be caring and patient, understanding patient needs and good listeners. Preferably with some experience with in-home patient care. All health care aides must be CPR certified, necessary vaccines, and must pass a background check and physical check-up.
Transition Care Telemetry (TCT) is a full-service home health care and hospice care. With a combined of over 50 years of clinical experience, at TCT Health we offer patient care from burn injuries, physical injuries, geriatric and aging care, respiratory, wound, occupational and speech therapy, and more. We are committed in providing excellent care for each patient specific and speedy recovery. We have all the health aides necessary to service our patients, from occupational therapists, physical therapists, LVNs, RNs, CNAs, caregivers to social workers.
