JOB SUMMARY:
Orange County United Way is currently seeking a skill-based candidate. Our skill-based candidates will be responsible for assisting with managing and maintaining the records in the 211OC resource databases, while ensuring accuracy, up to date and consistent information is maintained.
The ideal availability is Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm with a 5–10-hour weekly commitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop expertise of the 211OC resource databases and all front-end, back-end and administrative features
Maintain and ensure integrity of records in the resource databases
Initiate organization information updates in the 211OC resource databases, and follow up on requests with agency directors and managers
Work with the Resource Department team on various projects

HOURS:
Position works Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm. Candidate’s schedule will be determined based on availability during those days/hours. The first two weeks require mandatory training Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
