Orange County United Way is currently seeking a skill-based candidate. Our skill-based candidates will be responsible for assisting with managing and maintaining the records in the 211OC resource databases while ensuring accuracy, up-to-date and consistent information is maintained. The ideal availability is Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm with a 5–10-hour weekly commitment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and develop expertise of the 211OC resource databases and all front-end, back-end and administrative features.

  • Maintain and ensure integrity of records in the resource databases.

  • Initiate organization information updates in the 211OC resource databases and follow up on requests with agency directors and managers.

  • Work with the Resource Department team on various projects.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional telephone etiquette.

  • Database and record management.

  • Multitasking.

  • Customer service.

  • Professional demeanor.

  • Active listening.


Background check required.


HOURS:

Position works Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm. Candidate’s schedule will be determined based on availability during those days/hours. The first two weeks require mandatory training Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
