ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Store key holder
Sales
Inventory
Restocking
Cleaning and organizing workspace
Help customers with product selection and questions
Give customers information about products and services
Take orders
Exchange items and follow policy
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Working side by side with owner
Develop personal growth opportunities
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations
Planning, monitoring and appraising job results
