Job Summary:
Since 2011 Verdant has been supplying people and nurseries with rare tropical and terrarium plants, you can also find a wide assortment of supplies such as cork bark, manzanita, pumice, and glass cloches.
Essential Job Duties:
Watering and propagating plants
Cleaning fish tanks
Maintain isopod and springtail cultures
Provide customer service and answer inquiries
Assist with shipping orders
Create a daily to do list to ensure all task are completed. Cross reference that list with other staff members list to ensure all assigned task are completed as a whole
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be able to work with plants, animals and insects
Mindfulness and the ability to pay close attention to details are an absolute MUST!!
Must be 16+
Must be able to lift 50lbs and be on your feet a good portion of the day
Experience with plants, terrariums, or fish is a HUGE plus!

Hours of Operation:
Wednesday: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm
Thursday: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 5:30 pm
Sunday 9 am – 5:30 pm
