  • Pay to start is depending on experience (20-25)- DOE


  • Be a problem solver

  • Inside sales job duty

  • Data Entry (process reports)

  • Excellent customer service / communication skills

  • Must have experience

  • Coordinate with our Customer Experience Coordinator on order status

  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to monitor daily operations and safety standards

  • Evaluate internal constraints and develop proposals / solutions to maintain efficient flow of product

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly productivity goals and quality standards

  • Devise new processes, or refine exiting ones to optimize our operations

  • Analyze demand to identify bottlenecks and recommend actions

  • Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales department to ensure required fabric inventory

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Job is located at Boyle Heights, start time at 8am
