As our Assembler, you will be responsible for producing a conforming product following defined criteria in the working document file. 


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in one of the following required: cable harness assembly/potting and molding/soldering

  • Experience in aerospace is highly preferred

  • Must be able to interpret drawings.

  • Must know how to use hand tools and machines.

  • Must know how to solder or be trainable to be certified to the company’s developed standards program

  • Must be able to meet IPC- WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards.

What will you be Accountable for?

  • Responsible for producing a conforming product.

  • Reviews all documentation prior to production.

  • Ensures quality is built into the product while maintaining labor standards.

  • Reviews and dates appropriate production operation sequence indicating completion.

  • Responsible for notifying the quality inspector for in-process inspection where applicable during production.

  • Responsible for re-working any identified non-conforming product and submitting for re-inspection

  • Responsible for following rules and regulations set by the company.

  • Responsible for re-working any identified non-conforming product and submits for re-inspection

  • Perform testing for electro-mechanical and mechanical sub-systems, integration, assemblies, test platforms, and components for defense, aerospace, avionic and industrial applications.

  • Maintain test reports

  • Other duties as assigned

Pay Transparency: Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is 18.50hr to $22hr. The exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
