JOB SUMMARY:

Xpede, Inc. is an innovative app company that provides lightning fast, reliable, and affordable delivery of personal belongings, envelopes, and packages to local communities and businesses. The Support Team specialist will provide support to Xpede Users and Drivers’ inquiries in regard to the usage of the apps and Xpede’s service.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Answer emails (80%) and phone calls (20%) from delivery drivers and customers to respond to questions, inquiries, comments, and complaints regarding on-demand courier service, policies and guidelines

  • Provide positive experience to customers and drivers by enhancing the communication between all parties

  • Assist management with screening drivers by reviewing applications and background checks

  • Assist Driver’s with inquiries regarding their accounts and status

  • Assist with digital marketing of promotional events on social media


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information about drivers and customers

  • Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • Good written and verbal communication, including typing skills and fluent English

  • Must be able to type able 35 wpm

  • Candidate must be a team player, and multitasker

  • Hybrid schedule potential


WORK EXPERIENCE SKILLS DEVELOPED:

  • Answer emails (80%) and phone calls (20%) from delivery drivers and customers to respond to questions, inquiries, comments, and complaints regarding on-demand courier service, policies and guidelines

  • Provide positive experience to customers and drivers by enhancing the communication between all parties

  • Assist management with screening drivers by reviewing applications and background checks

  • Assist Driver’s with inquiries regarding their accounts and status

  • Assist with digital marketing of promotional events on social media

  • Learn how an app-based tech company operates
