The Women Rising Leadership Academy is a ground-breaking, result-proven program designed to elevate women in their careers, helping them overcome the internal and external barriers they are likely to face in their advancement. Through hands-on leadership training, professional coaching, and supportive network, the Academy is helping shape the future of workforce development in Orange County and beyond.
Academy Includes:
Eight immersive 3-hour workshops
Earn the opportunity for five one-on-one coaching sessions
A follow-on support group for graduates entering their career
Upon graduation, access to the WRLA Alumni Community
