About the event

The Office of Care Coordination in partnership with the Hub OC is hosting a Same Day Solutions Fair at The Hub Resource Center on Wednesday, September 16th. This event is aimed at providing immediate on-site support and assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness in Orange County.
