Working closely with at-risk companies in advance of layoffs or closure, we help employers assess their needs and deliver solutions aimed at helping them stay in business and retain a skilled workforce. Through innovative programs including On-the-Job Training (OJT), Incumbent Worker Training (IWT), work sharing, and other customized training programs, as well as opportunities for local funding, our goal is to prevent layoffs by adapting workers’ skills to changing needs.
