Saddleback College is offering Spring 2026 Culinary Arts courses at their state-of-the-art Advanced Technology & Education Park (ATEP) in Tustin. These courses power the Summit Restaurant and provide real-world, experiential learning in a professional kitchen environment.

About the event

Spring 2026 Culinary Arts Courses (2/9/26 – 5/20/26):


CUL 201 – Culinary Principles II - Tues. 8:00am-1:45pm

Students prepare menu offerings for public dining, focusing on station readiness, cooking techniques, and quality presentation.


CUL 182 – Catering and Banquets - Wed. 8:00am-1:50pm

Emphasizes large-batch cookery, event planning, and banquet kitchen operations. Students participate in catered events throughout the semester.


CUL 263 – Cuisines and Cultures of Europe - Thurs. 8:00am-1:20pm
