SFSC, OCVMFC AND THE NORTH COUNTY VET CENTER IN COLLABORATION WITH THE CALIFORNIA NATIONAL GUARD FAMILY PROGRAMS (DUE TO JFTB LIMITED OPERATIONS THE BACK-TO-SCHOOL EVENT WILL BE HELD OFF BASE)
