JOB SUMMARY: Real Juicy Burger was voted as Neighborhood Favorite by Nextdoor and recommended by the reputable Restaurant Guru as the best restaurant in the area, they are one of the best burger spots in Buena Park serving juicy burgers, ribeye steaks, chicken tenders, jumbo burritos, quesadillas, ice cream shakes, and the most delicious breakfast in town. They are currently hiring for a Cashier to assist in providing excellent customer service and the assurance of providing delicious quality food.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate commercial fryers and other cooking equipment following established procedures and recipes.

  • Monitor and adjust fryer settings, such as temperature and cooking time to achieve the best results for different food items

  • Cook various fried foods, including fries, chicken tenders, onion rings, and other menu items, ensuring they meet quality standards

  • Maintain a consistent pace of frying to meet customer demand during busy periods

  • Prepare food items for frying, such as breading chicken or cutting potatoes, zucchinis, etc. for fries, following standardized recipes and portion control guidelines

  • Ensure that all food products are fresh, properly seasoned, and ready for frying

• Properly handle and store raw ingredients, adhering to food safety Regulations Monitor the quality and appearance of fried foods to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards for taste, texture, and presentation

  • Remove any undercooked or overcooked items from the fryer promptly

  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency in product Preparation

  • Keep the fryer station and surrounding areas cleaned and always organized

  • Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures in handling and disposing of used oil, as well as cleaning and sanitizing cooking equipment

  • Adhere to the restaurant's hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service

  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours

  • Support other kitchen areas when needed, such as assisting with food preparation or assembling orders
