ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Call clients for billing and payments

  • Set insurance review appointments

  • Make marketing calls to assist Sales with new business leads

  • Answer calls and transfer to appropriate staff

  • Other duties as assigned


SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer service

  • Call clients for billing and payments

  • Set insurance review appointments

  • Make marketing calls to assist Sales with new business leads

  • Answer calls and transfer to appropriate staff


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enjoys working with the public and helping people

  • Enjoys talking on the phone

  • Self-motivated and a desire to succeed

  • Ethical, dependable and coachable

  • Strong work ethic

  • Team player

  • Quick learner

  • Likes challenges and change

  • Sales experience preferred but not required

  • Bilingual preferred – Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, Hindi or Urdu

  • Willing to get Property and Casualty license in the future
