JOB SUMMARY:
Hawkins and Hawkins offer a range of primary tax services, including tax preparation for individuals, small businesses, and corporations; and compliance assistance to meet the various needs of the target market. They specialize in tax preparation, including state and federal tax returns, amendments, and unfiled returns with a mission to provide comprehensive tax solutions and relieve past tax burden.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Act as the first point of contact to all customers, delivering exceptional customer service.
Assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide information about tax products and services.
Represent company at event such as job fairs, vendor events, webinars, and seminars.
Finalize sales contracts with new clients.
Record details of client interactions.
SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER TRANSITIONAL JOB:
Learn the basics of the tax industry.
