RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process returns
Exam returns for damages and defects
Communicate with customers regarding returns
Repackage the return items
Enter all returned items into the system and reshelve
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems software to maximize performance
Process daily online orders including preparing, picking, and packing via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other freight companies
Prepare and palletize Amazon FBA Shipment
Restocking and maintaining inventory level
Maintaining warehouse in an excellent and safe condition
Comply with safety rules and company policies
Unloading and Uploading Containers
SKILLS DEVELOPED OVER WORK EXPERIENCE:
Process online orders and returns
Communicate with customers
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems software
Prepare and pack shipments per UPS, USPS, FedEx manifests
Prepare and palletize large shipments
Restock and maintaining inventory
