JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food and beverage items, as well as closing and storage for individual workstation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for setting up and executing daily bar/prep and organizing individual daily workstation.
Prepare and store all food items necessary for the operation of the station in adherence with ClubCorp quality standards.
Communicate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef regarding special product needs or issues with food quality or presentation.
Creatively garnish all plates at every meal. Maintain proper cooking techniques for station items as designated by Chef(s).
Receive and store all goods purchased by the kitchen as requested.
Upkeep of items used by others, such as condiments, dressings, salsas, soups, lettuce, fruit, vegetables, etc.
Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of daily specials, salads, entrees, etc., based on overall standards and portion size guidelines.
Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of individual work area and kitchen, including equipment, counters, tools, waste areas, etc.
Assist fellow Employee Partners, Members, and guests to ensure delivery of the Three Steps of Service without being directed. Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team
SKILLS DEVELOPED:
Develop proficiency in food preparation techniques, including bar/prep, garnishing, and presentation.
Enhance communication skills by effectively conveying special product needs and addressing issues with food quality or presentation to supervisors.
Improve organizational abilities by maintaining a clean and organized workstation and effectively managing food storage and inventory.
Improve attention to detail by ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes according to quality standards and portion size guidelines.
Enhance customer service skills by assisting fellow Employee Partners, Members, and guests to ensure their needs are met and complaints are promptly addressed
REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma preferred.
Health card preferred.
Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
Comfortable with working in fast-paced environments, whether indoors or outdoors.

Tuesday - Sunday: 5am - 9pm
Monday: 5am - 7pm
